Meet our Founder - President & CEO - Keith Swistock
With over seven years of experience in the mortgage industry, our President and CEO brings a rare blend of technical expertise, leadership, and faith-driven purpose to Kingdom Processing, LLC. 🙌 His journey began at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), where his strong work ethic and attention to detail quickly set him apart in the world of underwriting. Within just 12 months, he earned a promotion to Team Lead — Over four years in underwriting, he developed deep expertise in mortgage guidelines, risk assessment, and file structuring, building a rock-solid foundation in the core mechanics of mortgage lending.
Eager to expand his impact, he transitioned into third-party processing, where his leadership abilities continued to shine. He was quickly promoted to Processing Team Lead and later served as Vice President of Operations for a fast-growing third-party processing startup. In this role, he helped design and implement operational systems for submissions, file processing, and closing — dramatically improving efficiency, consistency, and team performance. ⚙️
These experiences culminated in a clear vision: to build a company rooted in excellence, integrity, and faith. That vision led to the founding of Kingdom Processing, LLC — a faith-based third-party processing firm dedicated to delivering exceptional support to loan officers and lending teams.
